4.7 kW Stand Alone Solar
This stand alone solar power system is mounted on three post solar arrays, providing 4.7 kW in total to supply the Selectronic SP Pro 5 kW inverter charger pictured below.
Selectronic’s philosophy in designing a unit like this is simple. Choosing to live off grid should not mean compromising on the amount of power available. The system is designed to provide access to a level of power comparable to a metropolitan property.
The Selectronic SP Pro inverter charger range can connect up to three units together to combine their output. The system can also work with a generator to deliver the combined output rating of the inverter and generator, while automatically starting the generator when additional power is required.
Reliable battery storage for continuous power
The deep cycle battery bank supplies more than 50 kWh of electrical energy. During extended overcast weather, the owners still have access to continuous and reliable power.
Once the sun returns, the 4.7 kW solar array can recharge the battery bank in less than 2.5 days, even while the property continues using power.
